Returns Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee
AquaSolis builds durable pool equipment engineered specifically for Australian conditions, and we are confident in its performance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The refund will include the full amount paid for the product, including shipping.

Conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- The product must be returned in good condition.
- Products damaged due to incorrect use, negligence or misuse will not be accepted.
- All components, accessories and original packaging must be returned.
- Bulky items (heavy freight) cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing/selection.
- A copy of the original receipt and the authorization number must be included with the return.
- Products must be returned to our NSW warehouse using the pre-paid label we supply.
Bulky Items (Heavy Freight):
Some AquaSolis products are shipped as bulky/heavy freight items and cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing/selection. If you’re unsure which model is best for your pool, please contact us on 1300 766 619 or via our contact form before ordering. Examples may include heat pumps.

Steps For Returning a Product:
To return a product simply follow the steps below:
- Submit your details using the Returns Form below or contact us on 1300 766 619 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a pre-paid shipping label.
- Pack the product in the original packaging and include all components and accessories as well as a copy of the original receipt.
- Address the package as below:

(*) RAN is the Return Authorization Number obtained in step 1 - Ship the product using the pre-paid label supplied by us.
- Once received, the return will be processed within 10 business days and a refund or exchange will be issued. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 1 - 5 business days to appear.
