AquaSolis Support & Assurance

Warranty Information

We build our equipment for Australian pools, Australian weather, and everyday family use, with warranty information that is straightforward to understand and easy to use.

We Stand Behind Our Equipment

Every product we make is engineered to handle real Australian conditions, including heat, UV, humidity, and the demands of a backyard pool that families actually use. Our warranty coverage reflects that engineering confidence, with clear terms for what is covered, what conditions apply, and how to make a claim if support is needed.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty cover depends on correct installation, normal use, proper maintenance, and the specific terms that apply to each product type.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers products found to have failed due to faulty workmanship or materials within the relevant warranty period, provided the product has been installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with our instructions.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship within the applicable warranty period.
  • Repair or replacement where the claim is accepted after assessment.
  • Parts, labour, back-to-base, or on-site support according to the coverage terms for each product type.

Where a claim is accepted, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product or component free of charge. If a claim is found to be invalid, the product must be collected at your expense or you may authorise its disposal. All warranty decisions are provided to you in writing.

Our maximum liability will not in any case exceed the original contract price for the equipment or component claimed to be defective.

Installation and Maintenance Conditions

Our warranty applies where equipment has been correctly installed, maintained, and operated. The following conditions must be met for coverage to remain valid.

Heat pumps and chlorinators

  • Equipment must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with our installation instructions.
  • Electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician or suitably qualified person where required.
  • Pool water must be maintained within the recommended balance range for the product. For chlorinators: pH 6.8–7.8, chlorine not exceeding 4ppm, salt not exceeding 4,000ppm.
  • The Power Pack must be protected from the elements and operated in a position with good ventilation.
  • Water must not be allowed to enter the Power Pack.
  • Products must not be repaired, modified, or altered by unauthorised personnel.
  • Products must not be subjected to misuse, neglect, or operation outside our instructions.

Additional conditions for chlorinator cells

  • Chlorinator cells must be installed and serviced only by a qualified pool professional.
  • Cells must be cleaned when required. Do not use hard abrasives on any cell type.
  • Cells must not be connected in reverse. Positive terminals must be placed on the positive connector and negative terminals on the negative connector.
  • Cells must not be installed on a self-cleaning chlorinator box unless confirmed as compatible by us or your pool service technician.
  • Lead connectors going into the cell terminals must remain clean, tight, and free from corrosion or exposed wires. Poor connections create high heat that can melt the plastic insert and cause leaks at the terminal.

Please check your lead connections regularly and confirm correct installation with your pool professional if you are unsure.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage or failure arising from conditions outside normal use, correct installation, and proper maintenance.

Unauthorised repairs or modifications Repairs, alterations, or modifications not approved by us or carried out by unauthorised personnel.

No person is authorised to make any warranty representation on our behalf without written permission from us. Where stated in the applicable warranty terms, warranty cover is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
